I need to wash my tennis shoes!

Another trip to the garden...

Hayden is spending the night off so Brent and I went in search of creatures to photograph...I only found one...a firefly (second picture). I took alot of photos tonight using a bunch of different settings. I seem to have the still photos down...still working on people and action. :-)

Thomasina...

The newest member of our family always keeps us on our toes! You NEVER know where she is going to be or what she is going to do next. She has been a real joy! I have captured her in some of her favorite places.

Much needed rain...

It has rained most of the day which is GREAT considering we are in a 2 year - 20" rain drought!
Unfortunately, it was not a gully washer! During one of the breaks, I grabbed the camera and played. :-) The last picture are the puddles in my driveway.

Update: Hayden and I started running this morning (before the rain)...she got up about 7:30!

Long Summer already...

It's 9am and where's Hayden? Still in the bed! We had decided that we were going to start a running program this morning so we could run a 5K together and apparently she forgot! :-) It suppose to be rather warm and humid today so we were going to start early. Oh well, maybe tomorrow!

A walk in the garden...

We have an amazing garden here that is located across the street from our neighborhood. It was another perfect day in SC and another opportunity for me to try my hand with the camera again....I even got the cat on the front porch!

Picture this...

Along with blogging, I am also finally learning to take pictures. This was my first attempt at picture taking....not bad huh? Hayden was pushing my nephew Henry. I also took the picture in the heading of the blog.

The beginning....

I love to follow other peoples blogs so I have decided to try my hand at the world of blogging myself! I figure this will be a great way to document our daily history! I hope you all will have as much fun reading as I will documenting.
