Spring Piano...

Spring Recital was Sunday! Hayden continues to amaze me with her piano skills...

Season Opener Ender(?)....

Last night was the first game of softball season for our family!

Brent is once again coaching the girls.

well...this is why!

Last week in practice they were being taught how to slide and Hayden did a beautiful attempt until the very end when her ankle turned up under her. She has ligament damage and most likely will be out for the whole season but we will know for sure in a couple of weeks.

Spring Break ~ NYC~ Day 3 (part 4)

Wow! What a long day!! After the museum, the park, and the zoo, we walked down to Rockefeller Center. We stopped at this old diner to have supper. It was very old!

Spring Break ~ NYC ~ Day 3 (Part 3 -b)....

We wound up with so many pics of the kids at the zoo that I thought I would just pick some and make them there own post! They really had a great time once we got to the Children's Zoo where they could climb and play.

Spring Break ~ NYC ~ Day 3 (part 3 - a)....

After our lovely stroll and lunch through Central Park, we made our way to the Zoo! Although we found the zoo to be small by our standards, we still had a good time!

After the museum, we walked through Central park and had lunch at a hot dog vendor. This is something I have never done on all my ventures to the big apple. The park is an AMAZING place...so quiet, peaceful and very beautiful!

We thought this was fun....'Zen K9' - behavior specialists!

The Night Watch...

When you are 12,

there is only one thing

that is so very important....

that you would just die

if anything ever happened

to this one thing!

It is so important

that you would hire

a NIGHT WATCH (dog)

to guard this ever so

precious part of your life!

But....

there is a little unforeseen problem

(when your 12 and asleep),

what happens when

the NIGHT WATCH (dog)

fails at her duties?

Today I take a break in my own blog to let you know that MckMama needs our prayers more then ever today! Baby Stellan has gone to surgery as I type this post. It is a very scary, risky surgery because they have not had a heart case like his before! They have asked everyone to wear orange in his honor today!
